The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.

very tasty breakfast and dinner buffet, excellent choice of meals. Evening live music and next day DJ on Halloween, very good location on the quiet pedestrian street, very near lake Heviz and couple of minutes walk to the market and cafés and shops to buy cute souvenirs.

The wellness area with thermal pools was excellent, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of delicious food.

Apartment we rented was situated in the small, semi-detached house, 12-15 minutes walk to the lake. It was possible to park a car practically in front of the kitchen's window, which was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and solved all problems, he knew a lot about the area around, from shops to sights. It is excellent value for money.

A wonderful building run by a wonderful, welcoming lady. She didn't speak much english but we managed to communicate just fine with the help of google translate. We only stayed one night but this place made us wish we had stayed longer. It was beautifully clean, looked nice and had everything we needed. Our train got cancelled so we ended up arriving late around 9pm. We let the host know and she replied immediately that she will wait around for us until our arrival at no extra cost. We are truly grateful for her kindness. She also said we could keep our bags there after check out if we needed but we ended up leaving Heviz in the morning. Great price and location. About 10 mins walk to hot spring lake Heviz. We didn't hear noise from anyone else staying, it's a very peaceful place to be. With great countryside views from the window. I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Heviz!

This is an excellent four star hotel, so there is no luxury, but everything was perfect. Room functional with comfy bed, cleaned exactly when we wanted. Small, but clean and warm spa area, very good food and lot of cakes, and kind and helpful staff. I have to praise the gentleman with glasses on the reception who helped us with our small problem, waiters and young bartender lady at the bar.

The large spa area offered a truly relaxing experience, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Lake is just few minutes walking. We had two comfortable Rooms next to each other both with ensuite shower and toilet and a balcony. Everythink was nice and clean and there was even a fridge in the room. As it was November and already a bit cold we were provided with a portable extra heater wich was working fine. There is a shared kitchen downstairs wich was ideal for making breakfast. Jane ,the owner is a very friendly person and we will definately be coming back.
