An actual full service luxury heritage hotel. Easily the best experience I’ve had in a hotel in customer service ever. Sure it helps we were upgraded to the palace from the tower, but it’s the little things that makes this place special. Never ending refills on snacks. Yea and water in the rooms. A turn down service in 2024! My son was even given a free Taj teddy bear thing to complement his own teddy when they made the beds!
