I really enjoyed my stay at Fort Bungalows. Everything was extremely clean and the interior of the place is beautiful! Joseph was so helpful with all my requests and questions as well as booking me a last minute cab to Munnar! Thank you Joseph and family - will definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing place with the greatest service in the world. I have never felt so cared. Beautiful swimming pool and garden. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Smart TV with youtube and netflix. Good restaurant with comfort food for kids. Great breakfast and dinner. Probably one of my best experiences of the best service i have ever had.

    The place is immaculate with very attentive staff and great food. Stayed in low season and were the only guests but mad us feel very at home. Had fun bikes we could borrow to cycle around. Room was gig and comfy. Very relaxing place with a lovely pool

    The Old Courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and surreal, and felt like a heritage home rather than a hotel. That being said it had all the usual amenities of a hotel - great linen, furniture, turn down service etc. I ate my meals outside but this was not a problem as the hotel is surrounded by lovely cafes and restaurants. I wanted a very relaxing vacation that felt like a break from the day to day, and thats exactly what I got here, with Mr Wilson and the rest of the staff always available for any help I needed.

    Staff were all exceptionally helpful. Our room was upgraded and it was lovely, a view of the pool. I was sad we didn’t have time to relax by the pool because it looked so nice. Great recommendations for places to eat in the evening. At breakfast the staff even packed us a little bag of treats for our journey. Genuinely, thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay!
