We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is stunning, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort, with cozy beds and an excellent shower that made every moment relaxing. One highlight was the delicious cappuccino served at breakfast—truly a morning treat! What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service and genuine warmth of the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Stefan was incredibly helpful, checking webcams each morning to recommend the best places to explore. Veronica and Alessandro also provided valuable tips that made our trip even more memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Stefan, Veronica, Elisa, Alessandro, and the entire team. The Hotel was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It was within walking distance from the train station with bags.The location was near everything and the Information Centre nearby was very helpful when you didn't have a car. The staff provided service with a smile. We did not eat at the restaurant but local restaurants were close by.

The spa was great, with a large indoor/outdoor pool, contrast showers, fresh fruit and tea offered. The room is unique, a modern renovation of an old home of character. The owners are super helpful and polite. The meals are exquisite.
