The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the train station, and 2 minutes away from the lake. The breakfast was very tasty. The size of the room, the view from the balcony and the overall cleanliness really impressed us.

Everything! The location is just perfect! On the lake. With an open swimming pool and private beach on the lake. Boats transport for visiting the islands just outside the gate. The hotel itself is a beautiful classic atmosphere. With a super kind and friendly reception staff members. We took junior suite for a family of 4, and it's was perfect! Beautiful big room with big double bed and 2 additional sofa beds, comfortable, room big and clean, TV, small mini bar, big wardrobe area. Two small balconies make a very romantic atmosphere. Our room was on the mountain view side, and i loved it. Fresh breeze in the morning and very calm. Big bathroom with separate bath and shower. Heated insidepool , gym, spa, restaurant, underground parking. We loved everything about our stay. Our stay was unforgettable.

Our family really enjoyed the split level room. The upstairs loft was very big, with 3 twin beds, and a sky window that opened with a nice view. It was nice to have a big separate downstairs room for the parents. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection, and we loved that we could bring our trays across the street to eat on the waterfront restaurant terrace. The staff was very friendly. It was easy to park in the many nearby free spaces. We loved the outdoor grassy roof deck with a great view of the old buildings. The location is right in the middle of all restaurants, with a beautiful view of the water, and a big supermarket one block away.

The hotel was amazing! The location is great, the hotel is clean and the staff is amazing and really welcoming. The view of our room, the area for swimming and free parking are great bonuses. Giulio and Natalino were really helpful and patient. We were in a big loud family group and they were really kind and patient with giving us directions and general information. We needed a triple room and were arriving after midnight free attending a music festival. The hotel staff reassured us that we could arrive at any time. The night Porter was available and guided us into the secure parking and carried our bags up. The room was very comfortable, with a nice balcony and view at a great price. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. The mini bar had soft drinks and water and one beer, perfect for a refreshment. The air conditioning was great! We had a crisis we had to manage by phone in the U.S., and we had to stay up all night. I messaged the hotel from within Booking.com and asked for slightly late checkout and they were very accommodating. We love this hotel. Great value for money, polite and friendly staff, comfortable beds, fabulous AC, and good location near Stresa. Enjoy!!!

It was a wonderful 1-night stay. I wish I could stay more. The room was clean and had all basic amenities one would need for a short stay, like a fridge, an air conditioner, and a hair dryer. It had a spacious balcony with chairs and the wonderful view of the lake Lago Magiore and the beautiful Borromeo islands, mostly la isola Superiore dei Pescadori. Their restaurant also has that view. They have private parking where their staff helped me park because it was dark. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner, Matteo, and his front-desc staff, Marta, were very nice and helped with advice and directions
