The hotel was really good. Very friendly stuff in the reception that helped us a lot. Rooms were clean and we appreciate that the hotel was pet friendly with a bowl waiting us in the room and some goodies for the dog. Breakfast was great as well. The location is good, only a few minutes by car for the city center. If you walk there is a bus connection to the city center. Overall our stay was very pleasant, the stuff was very helpful and we appreciated it. Definitely we will visit again!

I liked the location, it is quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The room we stayed in had two beautiful balconies, and the hotel is historical, beautiful in color and appearance, and the hospitality is beautiful.

Everything is exceptional. Beautiful interior, awesome location, fantastic food. The hotel team is very caring and going out of their ways to accommodate the guests - starting from the reception desk, to the restaurant and cleaning. The parking host went an extra mile today to help us when we were struggling to enter the location of the next destination of our journey after Bologna - we were so surprised and happy to find him double-checking on us at the point we were already frustrated in the car and figure it out!
