    Beautiful building, friendly and helpful receptionists. Very practical location for a day in Venice. The rooms were basic, but lovely, well-kept and clean. Nice buffet breakfast, but coffee was so-so. Good communication (we arrived a bit late).

    Very nice and practical place to spend the night if you have to go to the ferry in Venedig. Food was very good! It's an calm and relaxing place.

    Couldn’t be more happy with the property, we checked in 2 hours early because we really needed to wee and the receptionist said you might as well check in!!!! So I was definitely happy with that. Lovely staff, great breakfast and the room it self was amazing.
