Amazing property with very good equipment. Beautiful building and the AC was perfect (in the living room and bedroom). It has a bath and the dispensers at the bathroom go for detail with even conditioner and hand lotion available. Really cool design also!

This was my best stay in Italy! I absolutely loved this hotel, it has perfect location near Duomo Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, and many tourist attractions are within walking distance. As I arrived late in the evening, I received instructions to check in and codes to enter, it was easy to find. The room is clean and spacious, with comfortable bed, lovely furniture, desk table, refrigerator, tea kettle (with teabags), bottle of water. The air conditioner and shower worked well. There were shampoo and shower gel. The nicest part was the breakfast! After staying a bit in Italy, you can realise that there usually no breakfasts in hotels and typically locals just have coffee and pastries for breakfast. But the breakfast at this hotel was delicious including scrambled eggs, coffee, croissants, yogurt, jams, etc. It was freshly prepared and served in the room. The host was very nice and friendly, explained the must-see sights on map, best restaurants and shopping areas. He also gave a small present which was a nice touch 👌 You can also leave store luggage after checkout. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very good location with supermarket, restaurants and bus stop just a few minutes walking. Very nice staff and free SPA. It is also not far away from central market where you could try fresh and tasty local food. Even though near main road no noise at all during night.

They provided best service for us. The room was super clean and hotel amenities were so enough. Of course, the breakfast and the view of restaurant were the best ever. And, the location of hotel was just perfect to go to key landmarks.

Residence Leopoldo was a jackpot. Great personnel, amiable and helpful, the apartment was perfect in terms of design, cosiness, and amenities on the spot. As a bonus feature - great chianti (for purchasing) at the reception desk. Tram station just 50m from the apartment, as well as a great trattoria Fratelli Briganti (5min walking from the place). I wouldn't mind staying at Leopoldo's next time when in Firenza.
