    The room was large than expected. Maybe the staff upgraded the room. Location is perfect, in 1 min from station. The bathroom also had a jacuzzi, so I was able to relax.

    Lovely hotel. Room was a really good size and great quality. We were there for our honeymoon and the staff were really friendly and went above and beyond for us. The spa is great and outside pool has plenty of space to relax. Hotel is a good half an hour walk from the centre but they have regular shuttle buses to get you there and back.

    Our room was amazing and huge with a jacuzzi bath, the staff were lovely, and it was in a great spot - an excellent place to stay if you want a bit of luxury while visiting Florence!

    Absolutely beautiful room with I nice little view, and the bath made it truly relaxing. We stayed in on the colder nights! It's quite romantic but I still just came with a friend cause we were in love with the room! The man was lovely and accommodating he had the most gorgeous doggy friend :) Very clean! Felt like we were in a sexy historic movie!

    Wonderful breakfast and very welcoming staff. We received a complementary room upgrade and Prosecco and strawberries as it was our honeymoon, which was a lovely surprise. Seamless service and great recommendations.

    We loved our stay at Park Palace. It is outside Florence (half an hour walk) which means it is peaceful and has a lovely garden with a swimming pool to relax in. The hotel building itself is very grand and we loved how characterful our room was. It is a very romantic hotel and we loved spending time there. We would love to come back when we are back in Florence.

    I found all the staff of the hotel from the front desk, the cleaners to pool side/bar service to be very friendly and professional. The pool was lovely and very comfortable and relaxing. Also, I was leaving early to catch the train with my family, the manager at reception helped with booking taxi, booking my rail tickets and also had breakfast boxes for us to have on our journey. We also got a upgrade to the a room with the river view - which was a great surprise and set the pisture for the rest of our stay.
