Lorenzo met us for check in and toured us around the flat and the compound. He has thought of everything! The flat has very charming decor and loads of amenities, including the best hair dryer I’ve ever used, a flat screen TV with Netflix and Disney channel, wifi that worked really well, lots of toiletries available throughout the flat in case we needed anything (even sewing kits and shoe shine cloths/brushes), individually packaged slippers for each guest, lots of towels, the fridge stocked in kitchen and in the 2 bedrooms, some bottles of wine, and candies, breads, pastries, etc., were in the quaint cubbies in the hallway leading to the kitchen. The flat is very central to attractions - only a 10-20 minute walk to most places we wanted to see, and only a 3-5 minute walk to the Muscova metro station when we felt like going further. Lorenzo showed us things on the map that he left for us, and he provided many recommendations for where to eat “like locals.” This truly is a luxury B&B and when we come back to Milan, it will be the place we book! The hotel has great location! Right around the corner from the duomo. The staff are nice and the breakfast is amazing and has plenty of options (the most I have seen in a month trip through Europe) the decor in the rooms is authentic and fun.

Lovely boutique apartment hotel in a building over one of Milan's big square. When you come in it's just a small anonymous door and an old and small (but well maintained and perfectly functioning) two-doors elevator - it looks like any other apartment building of the area. Don't let yourself be discouraged, because the place is excellent. Our apartment was two rooms, simple but spacious and with effective (and nice) decor, good beds, well equipped for breakfast (cereals, biscuits, nutella and "fette biscottate", nespresso and milk, all refilled every day). The windows are well insulated so no traffic noise inside. Very good heating in winter and there's an AC for summer (we were there in December so no need of that, but it looked pretty new). The bathroom is well stocked with shampoo and towels. Beds are good and comfortable, the sofa-bed for my 9yo son was as well and he was very happy to sleep there. Nice view from the windows directly on the square. Very, very good service by Tatiana and Michele, we were there on Christmas' eve and we even got a Panettone and Spumante from them. What a delightful surprise! They make you feel at home and relaxed and give plenty of information on the surroundings and the city in general. Good idea to install Whatsapp since that's what is most used in Italy in 2023. :) As of location, a very good one in Milan. The Coin department store is just in front so perfect for some shopping and in classic Milan style there's plenty bakeries, restaurants and eateries in walking distance. The Duomo is a 15 mins walk away, or you can take tramways which bring you everywhere quickly and efficiently. Will absolutely return.

super child-friendly, there was baby chair waiting for us in the breakfast room at our table, super caring and nice staff.location is great, 5 minutes from the park, which is great for families with kids. carrefour just 6 minutes away.
