We were upgraded to the room with a balcony. We further booked an extra day from the desk on short notice, as the weather was too bad to visit the hut. The worker is always very friendly and helpful. She also provided us with a guest card so we could take the bus for free.

Quiet, well designed, feels like home. Always smells good and clean. Close to attractions and a big parking lot. Beds are comfortable. Hosts are extremely nice and speaks enough languages to fairly communicate.
