First of all, everything shown in the pictures and text is completely realistic. The entire place is beautiful, and the ski slopes are superb. The hosts are just as friendly as they should be, providing all the necessary information simply and precisely. It was important to us that the kitchen, bathroom and windows were renovated and very tidy. I used the fitness room and a little swimming pool and I am very satisfied. The staff at Albergo Vezzana were fabulous. So welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The rooms and whole hotel were very clean. We were lucky to have one of the newer rooms which are beautiful with gorgeous modern bathrooms and lovely glass balconies. Our children’s room was older and more tired but still perfectly nice. The ski in and ski out facility and use of the boot room with heated boot warmers was great. The food at breakfast and dinner was fabulous, and our combined restaurant and bar bill felt very reasonable. We cannot thank the hotel enough for a wonderful family holiday.
