Location, cleanness and Pietro’s advice are great! The friendliest stuff I’ve met so far with lots of tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. The room is a bit small but clean and comfortable, has everything you need - a safe box, minibar, even a smart tv. Location is literally two steps away from the main square and the windows are looking onto one of the main streets (but since they’re soundproof you won’t hear a sound unless you want to go on the balcony). There was only a lobby area with coffee and water machine and another balcony which was great!

Palazzo Ravizza sits on the edge of one of Siena's steep hills, with a spectacular view over the countryside. Once many years ago I woke up early and saw a full moon rising over the valley. Not this time, but the fall colors were just as magical in their own way, and the room was positively luxurious. A beautiful private garden. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kindhearted.

Great location in historical town, close to bus station. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Roberto was very helpful.

Borgo Grondaie is a large property built out of an old Tuscan farm, just 2 km from the historical centre of Siena.

The gardens are wonderful and the pool is a decent size. The staff were very helpful and everything was well-organised. I was very comfortable in the room and slept well. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station with a bit of uphill and downhill. It's about 25 minutes from the historic centre. It's an oasis of calm on the edge of Siena and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel managers are extremely welcoming, they helped us with tips and suggestions for most scenic roads to take. The interior is medieval and stylish. It’s been an absolute pleasure staying there as well as enjoying the stunning morning views out of the window! Totally recommend!

The room was well appointed and set up for 4 guests. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Location was perfect. It was great to have a valet service for our car who dropped us and picked us up at the hotel.

the location is awesome, just 1 minute from the main square. the room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. the property located in historical building and you feel the history around however everything is modernised and comfortable. the only thing I can mention that was not comfortable was the shower which was quite difficult to set, it was a battle with water pouring cold and suddenly very hot and vice verses. the owner was very friendly and hospitable, helped to verify transportation.

Best place in Siena!!! The location is a 10 min walk from the center of Siena, and we chose that on purpose to avoid the city traffic and have a parking space for our car! The B&B is basically a big villa and is very beautiful. The room was big, clean, with a lot of sun. But the highlights were the breakfast and the owners. Breakfast was every day fresh, with unique options and nice coffee. Even though I was in Italy, I tried the best pain au chocolat!! The lovely couple gave us nice recommendations for dinner which we followed and were very satisfied. I cannot recommend this place more! Will come back for sure.
