Wonderful position right on the canal and the main street. Wonderful room, small but all facilities and a wonderful reception on arrival. There are only 4 rooms so attention from owner second to none and all open onto a small courtyard. Excellent Italian breakfast in a lovely breakfast room. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Couldn't fault it.

"The host was fantastic and very friendly. Great location with easy access to Venice and Chioggia. We had a perfect stay. The food was excellent and the staff kind and highly professional. A special shoutout to the kitchen staff. We really enjoyed our meals. There was live music for several of the nights we were there. And the hotel's location is near to a wonderful beach and excellent bus services to other parts of the Lido.

Everything was perfect. Location (vaporetto or by foot), breakfast (buffet style - scrambled and boil eggs, bacon, ham, mushrooms, fruits, sweet staff, wonderful espresso, ...), room (very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with great shower, AC), friendly staff. We would come again.
