    Great location in the town centre, on the lakefront road with motorbike parking opposite. Warm welcome and upgraded as the room we booked was not available. Very pleasant room with a lake view and balcony with a private jacuzzi. Traffic quietened down overnight and not disturbed by noise. Close to the beach and restaurants. Excellent breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and plenty of choices.

    The breakfast buffet is full of choices, many healthy ones and and it's possible to make your own juice. It's very cosy and small, feels very relaxed. The room size is fine and there are terraces to every room with plenty of room to dry towels and bathers. It's nice and clean with lovely bath products.

    We got there late afternoon and the receptionist was a darling. She explained everything and then told us that they had upgraded our suit from standard to luxury, with a tub in our room. It was amazing!! Definitely going back if visiting that area.

    1. Great personnel at the reception who provided us with free upgrade, knowing that we had a long way and it was our first stay at the lake. 2. Great room with the lake view and private warm jacuzzi at the terrace. 3. Very tasty breakfast with all you need: squeezed juice, fresh bread, great Italian coffee, omelet, sausages, bacon, cheese, sweet pastry etc. 4. Restaurant at the hotel for dinner, if you do not want to go somewhere. 5. Great location near all key places, shops and restaurants.

    Excellent location, exceeded my expectations. Very clean with lovely large size toiletries in the bathroom. My room came with a fluffy bath robe and slippers and the staff upgraded me to a room with a hot tub on the deck, it was fantastic with the most incredible view of the lake! Breakfasts were amazing and sitting the restaurant each morning with fresh coffee as much as you want, overlooking the lake was simply magical. The spa was bliss!

    The staff were amazing they couldn’t do enough for us. The views were breathtaking from are room. My boyfriend proposed to me in the Aqua restaurant which was so special and romantic and they played our favourite song, The food was excellent he couldn’t of pick a better place. When we went back up to are room there was a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. We were completed spoilt. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed I would throughly recommend it. We will be back for are honeymoon. 🇮🇹🥂🍷😎
