Location, in the front of the building there is a shop, 1 min away is a great bakery "Majer" with great sweets & snacks. Also there is Patatina restaurant but we didn't try this one. Good that from the bus/train station we can get to the location by walk, no need to cross the canal by boat. Good AC. After check out you can leave the luggage and pick it up whenever you want.

The room is very cute, the location perfect but what is really special is the staff. They were friendly the entire time, but on my last evening I got food poisoning from a restaurant in Venice. Luckily, I was able to change my flight and stay an extra night in the hotel, and the staff were so kind and would bring me food to my room when I was able to eat. Thank you so much.

We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal! In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :) What really makes the whole place special is the staff - really the most kind, helpfull and cherfull. Thank you for everything!
