I liked everything, the staff is lovely and provide us with many useful tips. There are snacks available all the time and the breakfast was very good. Also the onsen in front can be used by the guests for free and they accept people with tattoos. The room is as described and I really enjoyed sleeping on a traditional bed

Location next to train station, you can actually walk underground to access the hotel, staff very friendly, they managed to get us a double bed instead of 2 twin beds as we purchased from the website, easy to check in and check out, room was huge compared to other rooms we had stayed in Japan and amenities were also great

Really liked the pillows and the bed was very comfortable. Ate at the restaurant for dinner as well and it was amazing. Would come back just to eat here again. Room was comfortable and quiet and had full control over the air conditioning as well (was a comfortable temperature all night).

The location is right next to Kyoto Station making it perfect to getting anywhere in the city and transport to other cities like Osaka, Nara Himeji and Tokyo. So many restaurant options nearby as well. The hotel staff was nice and very professional.

the hotel is 3 min walk from metro station and 2 min walk from my favorite public bath in town. 7-11 is 1 min walk. Can't complain anything about location.
