Exceptional staff. It was raining hard when we arrived and we were greeted with towels and was asked to sit down as they took care of the check-in. They gave us a room upgrade which made up for the bad weather. Everything was impeccable, from welcome drinks to check-out. Highly recommended.

Location was so near the train station only take a few minutes walk, staff was so helpful and friendly. We had an upper floor room and it’s big enough for us. In the other morning when we opened the curtains we see a beautiful Fuji Mountain just like in front of us, we’re so excited and happy. About the breakfast we had was so delicious.

Very friendly front staff who speak English and very helpful.. The Japanese style breakfast (included) is well plated and tasted yummy. We ordered dinner for the first night of stay and were extremely satisfied. It"'s very convenient as the hotel is just in front of the bus stop from Hakone Yumoto station. Actually, I overlooked and forgot the detailed instructions on how to reach the hotel sent by email earlier. 😊. The room is a twin superior room with bath. .I would definitely return when I go there in future. Many thanks also to all the staff who are working hard.behind the scene. 🙌
