Staff regarded my special room request, thank you so much again! The rooms are amazing, very modern and comfy. Bathroom as well. The location is perfect, it is right on top of the central train station and there are several restaurants, a convenience store, cafe, etc. below the hotel. Would come back to the hotel any time.

The scent they used for the hotel lobby and the lift is very nice. They even sell their scent and shampoo. Location is near the train station. There is a 24hr ichiran ramen just next to it. Cannot ask for more. Will come back again.

The feeling of luxury in this hotel is massive. Wonderful finishings and architecture, the staff is incredible, the best english spoken staff that I have met in Japan so far. The breakfast was good and the location is perfect, near everything for both day and night time
