Location was good. Didn't eat the breakfast there but everything was very clean. Room was small but cozy. Bathroom was a decent size. Environmental controls worked perfect. Staff was polite.

The view of Mount Fuji was amazing!! It was a pity it was a very cloudy day the night we visited. The room was quite comfortable, and the toilet is decently big. They have washers and dryers for you to use & they provide pajamas as well. The bread in the breakfast provided is phenomenal!! They also have water & tea dispenser on the lobby from 3pm - 11pm. I liked how it’s a no shoe hotel, so you had to wipe your luggage and keep your shoes at the lobby. There is free parking less than a minute walk away from the hotel.

superb view but we unable to see the true beauty of Mount Fuji that day room was spacious and neat and like thier hot spring very much easy to access to Lake cruise and plenty of restaurant around the hotel nice staff and free parking
