Impeccable service, staff were all genuine warm smiles and bent over backwards to help their customers. The front office staff helped me with every booking (haircut, nail appointment, restaurant bookings, train tickets, you name it!) They were absolutely lovely to deal with and the meals we had at the hotel were delicious, especially the lounge treats were very good. Big comfortable rooms, welcoming staff and located between the station and the garden. Okayama proved to be a lovely smaller city, easy to move around and an easy link to Naoshima.
