The staff were warm, attentive, and speak good English! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All signages and appliances had English instructions, so it was easy to use all the room amenities. The free slippers and the rental pajamas are super nice. And the vegetarian breakfast - shojin ryori - was so delicious and beautiful.

Loved the stay !!! Rooms were v nice , staff was v courteous and helpful . Enjoyed the walk in front of the hotel . The swimming pool and bath facilities were v nice as well. Best place to stay in Osaka in my opinion especially during cherry blossom .

Basically, everything is perfect. It met my expectations. Location is convenient (walking distance to subway, JR Umeda) along the way there are shops, eating places, etc. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. Housekeeping is very professional. Staff are very helpful despite their fact that they don't really speak English, but their service is good. I definitely will go back to this hotel. Thank you so much to the staff and housekeepers!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The staff was so kind, the interior of the hotel is very pretty and has a lot of atmosphere and the milkshakes are to die for. Rooms were clean and comfortable, nice to have your own record player. Location is pretty good, a bit out of the centre but well connected.
