The staff is very friendly. Everyday they would clean the room、take out the trash and keep the room so tidy. The room have Japanese Style that Tatami room is so great. We also have a lot of space to take a rest in busy Tokyo.

Staff were very nice. Rooms are nice, clean and quite. There were lots of restaurants nearby.  Last December I used to stay here.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and features gorgeous rooms in a classical European style.

Size of room, bathroom and bed; high quality amenities. The big double bed (which is a LOT bigger than your average Japanese double beds) is extremely comfortable. Good value for money for how comfortable the room and the stay is, plus the location (walking distance to the Ginza shopping streets). Some would say the hotel is old fashioned but I think it has stayed classy albeit not having the most modern decor.

Marunouchi Hotel is a minute's walk from Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit and a 10-minute taxi ride from Tsukiji Fish Market.

Location is excellent across from Tokyo station. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minutes of the hotel gorgeous, spacious rooms with lovely amenities. Staff was exceptionally helpful and held bags before and after visit, went above and beyond to help with organizing taxi rides. Close to shopping and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from main station across the street.

Located in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodations features a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Nice clean Tatami room with pyjamas. Some snacks and teas provided on arrival. Onsen available upstairs. Good location in a slightly quieter part of the city. Not much quieter! 😉

We got the one-bedroom apartment. The room was so clean and the staff members were really great and helpful. The location is exceptional, Marunouchi is a beautiful and very elegant area with lots of shops and restaurants. The imperial Palace is nearby just across the street where you can visit the beautiful garden. The hotel is really recommended.
