The cottage is in a beautiful location - perfect for enjoying the views of the valley around Ella, including Ella Rock. You can also hear Ravana Falls at night! The host was exceptional - she was always available to help for recommendations and anything by we needed. We also did a cooking class with her which was amazing, and definitely recommend this to any guests staying.

We stayed three nights at The One Ella and it was a very pleasant experience. Dom, the owner, is a really nice guy and he really puts his pride in making the place look nice and giving his guests a wonderful and comfortable stay. He is very attentive and will make sure that everything is according to your wishes. He and his friendly staff made sure that breakfast every morning was according to our preferences and would be a great start to our day. And it really was. Sitting in the morning and evenings on the terrace and relaxing in the hammock was just as nice as we expected. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable and it’s hard to see how booking one of Dom’s rooms could be a failure. The location is also great, close to the Ravana Zip Line and Little Adams Peak. A perfect place to start some nice walks and have some exiting experiences.. Dom’s brother runs the place next door called Chill Out Cafe and serves some really good food - we ended up having dinner there two of our three days in Ella.

There aren't enough words to say for how amazing the hospitality was at Super View! From the moment we arrived at Ella train station to our departure, we were treated with such kindness, and the host family bent over backwards to make our stay seamless. Not once did we have to ask for something- everything was anticipated and provided. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. Renuka offered to pick us up from town when it was late, drove us to the bus on departure, and refused to let us tip him. I think Ella town is a bit commercialized, so if you want to see nature and be greeted with true Sri Lankan hospitality, this is the place.

We stayed for three nights at the third floor. The room and bathroom was clean and the bed comfy. We loved the balcony and the view. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The only thing we have to remark is, the low water pressure, which makes it hard to wash long hair and the length of the bed when you are taller than 1,80m. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Unfortunately the location on google maps is not correct, it’s on the other side of the street.

Beautifull location, clean, comfortable, good bed, and a balcony with a amazing view where you can relax. Next to that, what makes it a '10+' is that Imantha is an amazing host! Room was big,clean and nice. But the breakfast and the view, though...they were exceptionall! Breathtaking nature seen right from the terrace while eating. Location is good, 10-15min by walking to the city centre. Owner/staff was very kind and helpful. Took us to the city by tuk tuk and also to the tea factory outside the city.

As the name suggests it was Marvellous. The pictures put in the posting does not justify the beautiful view that you get from the balcony. The waterfall view surrounded by lush greenery is out of this world. The only challenge is the approach road to the location. Very steep at places and narrow. However our 8 seater Toyota van made it to and fro from the main road though with a little difficulty. The hosts and extremely friendly and take care of every need. They have a tuk tuk and he took us to the market and back also waited more than 30 mins for us to buy things. He did not charge anything for that. Overall it is highly recommend if you are looking for some adventure.

The people who owned the place were so nice! Increadibly friendly and helpfull. The place looked really nice and the view was amazing from our balcony. 10 minutes walk from the city, really nice! Would highly recommend .
