Loved this accommodation. The owner and staff are both super nice and thoughtful. The accommodation itself is very well designed and very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for a sunrise hike up Adams peak. Loved the hammock to relax with a book and enjoy the views.

The owners are amazing people. So friendly! I had the mountain view appartement. It has a small kitchen if you want to cook. Or drink coffee of tea. The view is amazing and the breakfast is served on the private porch. Breakfast has everything: juice, coffee or tea, dahl, omelette, coconut pancakes, fruit, bread, jam and butter. (See picture)

Very friendly and helpful family. Nice and big room with balcony and nice view. It's a 5 min walk to the center and close to other 'attractions' in the area, so perfect location if you prefer a calm stay. The breakfast was big and tasty. The father is Tuk Tuk driver and arranged a visit to a tea plantation. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend to go there if you go to Ella!!

Everything. The view is magnificent. The bathroom was nice spacious and clean. The bed were unique and cute. The food was so much, so nyummy made with so much love. We paid for half board We got breakfast and dinner it was just beyond and above exceed my expectations. and it was a lot I think I put 5 kilos since I have been holidaying I srilanka. The family just amazing and I would go down to the unique kitchen cooking with wood fire and made of mud stove. I love this family so much is like my adopted family in sri lanka. We came to Sri Lanka for our honeymoon this place was highlighted our stay they also made beautiful stone with our photos of us in sri lanka and it was making me cried how beautiful this family is. Imantha he is the best beautiful soul ❤️ who's always checking in on us. You are my extended family that I can't thank you enough how beautiful you truly are that I can't wait to come back and live there. Thank you my God mother and Dad for making us like your own family. We love you guys so much

Janith, the host of the homestay was the loveliest person, very helpful with anything you need, you name it: an occasional eviction of a gecko from the room, the best restaurant recommendation in Ella (Cafe Samsara) or arranging a driver for us. In the morning we opted for the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast and it was the best breakfast we had during our entire trip, for sure.

Incredible stay, the location is perfect as it’s a short 10 minute walk to the main town and train station (which is essentially a strip with lots of bars/restaurants), so it’s good to be a short walk away from the hectic crowds and have your own calming space with incredible views across the hills. We could see Ella Rock, waterfalls and the train line in the distance from our room. The staff are so friendly and helpful and will organise taxis, transfers, day trips or whatever you need for your stay. They organised tuks for us to see some nearby waterfalls, nine arches bridge and little Adam’s peak. The room is very spacious and clean and great en suite bathroom with hot water. The best part is the breakfast which is the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Ella.

Very nice, charming property. The room was simple, but clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and it had a net, hot water in the shower and the best part was our large, private terrace where we served breakfast in the morning. The view and peacefulness were the highlights here. From the terrace you have unobstructed views to a green scenery and a beautiful waterfall. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the owners son came with his tuk tuk to pick us up from the main road and also provided us with tuk tuk service the rest of the time. It is also very good value for the money and I can only recommend this stay.
