Thank you for your great hospitality, Shameera and the boys who were so helpful throughout our entire stay! We loved the location as it was slightly out of the town (you can cover the town area and the tourist attractions) in a day so being tucked in a local and quiet area was a refreshing change for city folk like me. The crew was already to extend a helping hand and they were genuinely nice.

From start to finish we had a lovely time. I honestly can't emphasis how nice the staff are in this hotel. At arrival they checked us in, while we sat and got tea .our driver was provided with accommodation, they also showed great respect to our driver by offering him tea also. The breakfast buffet was lovely, we had the dinner buffet one of the nights also which was really good, only problem is there is too much food to try. We had our 4 month old baby with us and it was his first time in a pool here, the man who works in the pool couldn't be any nicer helping us and making our baby laugh and comfortable. The wait staff Mohan(so helpful), Vino ( who knew about Ireland and Irish dancing) Malhy, vill, Marshall and Mr Netto who were helpful and even held our baby while we eat. The lovely young man who checked us in and took family photos of us( you can see him in the photos) who's name I've forgotten thanks so much for being really nice to us and making the check in and out process so easy. We were here at Christmas the decorations were amazing and I loved the Christmas music playing in the bedroom was such a nice treat

I had a wonderful stay with my family, and I would like to give a special thanks to all the friendly hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of varieties. The location is great, since it’s located in the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here if we are in Nuwara Eliya.
