The flat was spacious and bright. The bed was really comfortable. The heating system worked well. The shower pressure was good. The balcony is massive, absolutely massive. It was lovely to have access to the sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi in the basement of the building, and to be given bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable, clean room and all other areas, staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Adult spa area was nice, but missing sauna. The welcome chocolates were a nice addition.
