    We were very lucky to be upgraded upon arrival as a honeymoon surprise which was a lovely touch from the hotel staff. We ended up with a tower room with our own private terrace. The room was lovely and clean, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and very helpful. We had dinner 2 nights in Palio's restaurant and 1 night in ORVM. All 3 meals were beautiful and we wished we'd used the hotel restaurants all 4 nights. Everything about the hotel just made our honeymoon perfect.

    We went out of season..quiet location but not too far to walk to the centre. We're told we had a room upgrade but the description of our room seemed to be what we got, so not sure what the upgrade was. Welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Slippers and robes in room. Spa was lovely, enjoyed a nice massage. Jacuzzi was cold but indoor pool was nice. Bar was lovely, reasonably priced.

    We liked the location, the bars and the amazing room we had paid to upgrade to with a Jacuzzi on the roof. Man at leisure desk helped us organise a private lovely boat trip in a big yacht with a Skipper. Sweets in reception were lovely. We ate at the outside lunch restaurant...very nice. Entertainment at the hotel was OK to good.

    Our room on the seventh floor was very comfortable and had lovely views. The service at the hotel was outstanding. Upama on Reception took note of our wedding anniversary and arranged Prosecco and chocolates in the room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. This made for a very relaxing stay.

    The free upgrade, the complementary birthday cake & prosecco for belated birthday & anniversary celebrations and balloon & streamers! Thank you so much The staff were lovely, even the concierge helping with a jellyfish sting! Private beach (put off slightly by the sting) Lovely bar staff and lovely cocktails Two balconies in room (great touch) Numerous restaurants to choose from (3 we tried) Housekeeping staff amazing!!!!!!!!
