The hotel is located in the historic center of Merida, and couldn’t be in a better location to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and was cleaned well every morning (even when we accidentally brought lots of sand!). The breakfast is freshly cooked to order every morning and the owner, Tom, couldn’t be happier to share incredible recommendations for restaurants, cenotes, ruins, and anything you could want to do on the peninsula. The pool is warm and very clean and they have a small pool bar which we didnt get to experience (because we came during the lowest tourist season). We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

We were recommended to stay here by friends and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Leo, the owner, was far more than a hotelier. He was a source of great advice of what to do, where to go, where to eat (the food was some of the best we had in our trip) and everything else you could want to know. The room was delightful and had a wonderful balcony view over the small square. Although our room was on the street-front, it was quiet and peaceful. The hotel's location was excellent as well, being central and easily accessible to most popular places in Merida by foot or short car journey. Parking was very easy and we never had a problem getting a space directly outside the front of the hotel - in part because Leo ensures that there is always space for guests. In summary, don't bother looking any further for where to stay. Book here if you can and you won't be disappointed.

This is a gem of a hotel in a perfect location about 10 minutes walk to the centre. The hotel itself is lovely, spacious rooms, relaxing pool and hammock area, beautiful dining area with a kitchen you can use any time to make a drink or use dishes etc. The breakfasts are delicious - wonderful granola, yogurt and lots of fruit, and a small cooked breakfast too - different every day! But it's the staff that really stand out! They are exceptional! They arranged a private driver and guide to take us to Uxmal one day. Unfortunately my husband had a lot of pain with his Achilles tendon. They arranged for a physiotherapist to come to the hotel and treat him, twice, while we were there! Talk about service! We highly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat if we go to Merida again!

Great location, wonderful staff, I loved my room, clean and spacious. Water was provided daily and I had a small coffee machine. Minor problem with my bathroom was solved instantly.
