Fantastic. The location is perfect because it’s right next to Queen St, so you have everything nearby. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped. It’s quite peaceful, and there’s a pool and gym on the 8th floor. We had a very pleasant experience.

The rooms are beautiful. The bed is so comfortable. The shower is first class. The food is some of the best we have had. The coffee is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel could not be better. Overall the hotel is excellent!

The location of the property is great as with easy access to roads and motorway within the Auckland region, but quiet and pretty drive up to property and then afforded beautiful vistas all round of Okura River and reserve from a huge well maintained and stocked garden. Even had use of canoes onto the river from the bottom of the garden. The house itself felt like home from home, with all the comforts and amenities required. Great bathroom areas and extremely comfortable bed. Deb & Don are lovely hosts and attentive to meet your needs.

We were relocated by booking in this hotel because our booking had been cancelled by the host. So we were not expecting to stay here but we loved it. Very big room, huge beds, very confy and all very clean. The staff was very nice with us. the continental breakfast was delicious!
