The room has a good smell, which helped me relax. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is surrounded by greeneries, which also helps me to relax and enjoy the room and its amenities. Love the freshly baked cookies given to us as a welcoming gift.

The owners went above and beyond to help us when we were unable to move to our next accommodation as the road was closed due to bushfires. They organised for us to stay another night. They also provide a wonderful pick up and drop off to the station for anyone catching the Coastal Pacific or Tranzalpine trains. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend Addington Court when in Christchurch.

Everything about Airport Birches was great. Close to the airport, clean, comfortable and well equipped accommodation. But the real asset is the staff, all of whom were friendly and amenable. A special mention for Brian who was managing the place in the absence of the owners. He was extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and accommodating about everything we needed, be it an earlier check in, advice on where to get food/supplies near to the motel or dropping us off at our car rental depot at the end of our stay. Highly recommended and we will, indeed, be back!
