This hotel is amazing. We loved it since walked in until we left. The whole property is very well taken care of. Rooms are pretty and super clean. We loved the decoration of the whole place and the fact that the have lived music in there every day, either piano or guitar.

All the staff were just lovely!!!! The cleaners, porters and reception staff were very nice! I don't think you could beat the price for what you get. It's basic but comfortable with a good aircondtioner in a central and safe location!!

The front desk staff was always so nice! They know both Spanish and English, so while I am learning Spanish and able to speak that language with them, I stayed here last year, and spoke to them in English, so I know that the persons at reception are fluent in both.

Been in this Hotel a couple of times now. Very friendly and flexibel staff. Never had a bad room. A/C and hot water always working which is not always the case in a lot of the other hotels in the area. .
