Lovely garden setting, delicious breakfast and spotless, comfy room! Alex was helpful. We arrived after dark, so waking to the mountain views and fresh cooked breakfast was extra special. Staff helped us with luggage to take a taxi to the train to Machu Picchu.

I can definitely recommend this hotel. Peacefully located in the middle of the old atmospheric village. Fantastic view from our room and the terrace of the surrounding mountains and Pinkuylluna (Inca storehouses). Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet with a large selection. good rooms, and comfortable beds. I would like to come back.

My husband and I loved our stay in Tierra Viva. The views from the surrounding mountains are beautiful. Staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Food was delicious; both the breakfast menu and the restaurant menu. Rooms are so spacious and well decorated. We loved the green areas where you can chill in hammocks, outdoor beds, and sit around the fireplace. Mind the location is not walkable distance from the closest town which is Urubamba; you must take a taxi to get you there. This is a great stay if you want to relax for some days after the high-pace touristic days.

This is a luxurious, chalet-style retreat with panoramic Andes views. It features a full-service spa and a planetarium, from where you observe the Southern Hemisphere sky.

Switched to this hotel after staying at another one which was bad. Room was great, clean & views across the mountain amazing! Staff are friendly, attentive & nothing is too hard. Breakfast buffet is really good!

This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.
