    Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,971 reviews
    The staff - especially Kamil was wonderful. We had to seek medical attention and Kamil accompanied us, helped us with translation and even paid some fee in polish currency- not usual for normal hotel staff. We have also received a free room upgrade. Kamil was by far the most service oriented person and the hotel should be lucky to have him. On our departure day he arranged a very affordable taxi ride for a longer distance.

    Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 2,666 reviews
    Great restaurant and lovely staff! We had an early flight out of Katowice airport so took a Traficar to the hotel from Krakow, parked up and had dinner. A quick sauna and jacuzzi session to help us fall asleep sleep easier was a treat! The staff were super friendly and the hotel is super sweet offering free coffees and cakes at anytime as well as little sweets when you check out.
