Property is neat and clean. Location is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpfull all the time. Room was cleaned every day to perfection. Walking distance from station etc. Very easy and quick to travel by train from the airport and back.

    Beautiful hotel in the heart of Krakow. You step outside and you right where you suppose to be! 5min walk from some great restaurants in the setting of the Old Town plus some lovely shops around. The staff are super helpful and polite. We had a suit booked which was located in the historical part of the building, massive room with high ceiling and traditional looks, nice and clean. We loved the spa area, with fantastic swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas. More than enough to relax and chillout. Overall great stay and will definitely book again.

    Perfect location, lovely big room with bath and shower. Breakfast lovely. Had an amazing massage in the Spa. Beds super comfy, pillows lovely. Robes and slippers in our premium room (which we were upgraded to) my sisters birthday! Plate of fruit and bottle of wine in the room! ❤️
