The rooms overall are amazing and all face the beach. The staff are extremely nice, helpful, professional, friendly and really go out of their way to make your stay memorable. It was our 10th year wedding anniversary and as a special surprise, the customer experience manager Neige upgraded us by moving us to one of the beach villas, this was truly special. We only spent a night there for a bit of luxury before heading back to real life. The staff were great (shout out to Ryan), facilities were great, free access to the gym and some spa facilities, beach access (Beau Vallon, towels and beach chairs provided), nice swimming pool, great dinner options at the on-site restaurants. The beaches of the hotel are very beautiful, especially at sunset. Room is very calm, clean and had a lot of privacy. Breakfast was various and it was high quality food and with a beautiful view. Staff: They are very nice and friendly, always trying to help. They also pay attention to the small details. We came there for our anniversary and were upgraded to the signature pool villa. I don't think we have ever stayed in a more grandeur place.
