    - Lovely reception staff who were efficient and helpful at check in, check out and dealing with queries - Efficient communication with quick turnarounds on Booking.com. Found belongings left behind and arranged to have them shipped to us as soon as we noticed and got in touch (for future guests, note that the Hotel only ships to Sweden) - Room was faultless, clean and comfortable - Decent breakfast - nothing memorable per se but nothing terrible either

    This is a lovely hotel in all aspects - excellent value for money for all it provides. It has a great breakfast with lots of choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient. I first stayed here 20 years ago and it's as good now as it was then - except only one thing, it did have a gift shop in those days. I loved the gift shop as it had some lovely things for a non-Swedish visitor.
