1. The host speaks English and is very helpful. He gave us a few tips on where to eat and what to see around. 2. The room is spacious and clean. The interior looks fresh. 3. The breakfast is included in the price. Everything was great. If I ever visit Chiang Rai again, I will definitely stay here.

10/10 for the hospitality from the hotel owner. There’s only 7 rooms in total. Each room comes with a simple kitchen, shower and a balcony for you to enjoy the lake view. The owner is an animal lover! He has 7-8 dogs, 2 cats and some birds. Breakfast was really good and only charging 60THB.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestay. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was so comfy! The pool and area around it was beautiful and interesting to look round. There were lots of bunnies and other animals, so it felt very peaceful and tranquil to stay there. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and you can order food throughout the day too. Very near the big Buddha, blue temple and Lalitta Cafe and it was easy enough to get Grabs to Chiang Rai centre. The owner and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly! We loved staying here and couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful, location is not very far from the center. Hotel territory is nice and beautiful :) Wifi was good for work.

We took a Taxi from exit number 3 at the airport. He knew right away where it was and boy oh boy what a fantastic place! The family took great care of us! The garden with the pool is just stunning! I wished I could stay longer! :_)

Very cosy, sweet, clean, big room. We only stayed there one night, but it was very comfortable stay. In the morning there is self-made breakfest downstairs. Personel is really helpful and the localisation is just perfect - next to very nice restaurant and night market.

A lovingly furnished hotel, near the heart of the center! The entire staff is extremly friendly and is very attentive. The free water all the time they provide is unseen yet here on our travel in Thailand. Thank's for that! A special thank's to our driver, which droves us to Pai - we hope, he was getting back safely!
