Romantic Hotels in Hood River

Beautiful gardens all around the property. The view from our balcony of the river was spectacular! Quiet, clean and perfect for our anniversary getaway.

The room we stayed in was beautiful and overlooked the river. Super relaxing and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was close to downtown where we enjoyed wine tasting, shopping and a nice dinner. The next morning we walked next door and had breakfast at Simon's. All in all a great getaway and we will definitely be back .

We try to come for our anniversary every year. Cozy and enjoy the walking distance to other spots.

The hotel is lovingly renovated and is very quaint (not in a bad way!). Although our room was small the space was well used and comfortable. We travelled with our large GSD which is possibly why the room felt smaller -lol. The bed was very comfortable and inviting. The common area with the fireplace was lovely and welcoming. The staff went out of their way.

Lovely interior, very friendly staff, nice view from the outside/common areas on the gorge, breakfast alright, cool old elevator and historic atmosphere.

Everything - the staff were so helpful, at reception and in the bar and restaurant areas, and answered all our questions. We were in the area for our elopement wedding, and the staff all made us feel loved and helped us to make it a really memorable trip to this lovely part of the world. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pool and hot-tub area was clean and accessible and we really enjoyed our stay!

It was a lovely old characterful hotel with nice features and clean. Good location though it is noisy.
