The breakfast is superb: consists of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatos, muffins, breads, waffle, cereals, yogurt and fruits. It is clean and the pool and beach access area is beautiful and relaxing. The incidentals or security deposit is only less than $40. They didn't charge me for any pet fee.
