The breakfast was amazing with super friendly staff. We got the value for the money. Next time I would like to get a room with the better view to the city. The room we got ( 203) was good but the view was not great. But everything else was amazing.

The staff is excellent. The furniture is a bit squashed in the room: the chair is squashed and does not have enough space for sitting.

Lovely place to stay. Was upgraded into a 3 bed apartment. Really great and would recommend for those traveling as a family. Everything was clean, spacious bedrooms, separate toilets and showers for the bedrooms. Great value for money

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. This was a great value for money. The garden was beautiful and my favorite place to sit for coffee in the morning. The rooms were spacious and clean. This place is extremely busy for a reason. Most of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The Bull Run restaurant had good food. The best part for me was the free shuttle every 30 minutes to the train station and Mandela Square. This made traveling with kids very convenient. I would definitely stay here on my next trip.
