They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

Set in Meritxell, in Andorra, the family-run L'Ermita offers mountain-style rooms with views of the Pyrenees. It is just 3 km from the Canillo Ski Lifts, Grandvalira.

Rooms in the Ermita all have wooden floors, flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. They also have central heating. The bathroom comes with roll in shower and hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony. I last stayed here 17 years ago. I was not disappointed when I came back. Still the same owner who obviously takes great pride in his hotel. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet surroundings so a great, undisturbed sleep. Good breakfast. Hopefully, one day, I'll be back again.

Park Piolets MountainHotel & Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu and 600 metres from Vall d'Incles. Guests have free access to the gym, to the kids' club, and to a storage room for bicycles with tools and cleaning area. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. We saw a lot of families with small children. And all the staff were very kind to the children, so our family also was able to relax perfectly. In addition, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. The location was a little far from the city center (20min by car), but that was not a problem. Instead, we had a great view of the surrounding mountains. I trust that my choice was the best. I wish we will be back!!!

What everyone has already said: Beautiful, quiet, location with views of the mountains on both sides. The suite is large and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The small spa is a nice extra, and the value is excellent out of ski season. Easy to explore all of Andorra from a central location.

Make use of the ski lockers and of the boot drying service. After a long day on the slopes, come back to the hotel for a relaxing dip in the hot tub or sauna. In addition, there is an outdoor pool and garden areas for the summer months, where you can relax while contemplating the spectacular Pyrenees. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. We stayed in a family at end of August so had no much of other people. Staff were hyper friendly and helpful. Even opened the pool for our children that has been already closed for the winter . Restaurant had a lots of choices and food was tasty. We appreciate a lot the ambiance :) Thank you so much for hosting us !
