Staff are really great, you feel like a family there, they welcome you with a warm smile and ensure that your needs are met. Special thanks to ( Martin ) at the reception, he treats you as a friend and is very genuine in his recommendations for the best of your interest he was super helpful, he took care of my requests timely, he recommended me very interesting options to navigate around the city.

The manager of the hotel was super helpful, he automatically upgraded our room when he saw us. Very clean room and barthroom. Breakfast was rich. We had some meals at the hotel restaurant, the food served was very delicious.
