Outside was 30 C, but in the room it was nicely cold just exactly to sleep in the cosy beds. The room in the ground floor overlooking the field. In the morning we heard singing of the birds.The bathroom was clean. The Landlords are very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, we recommend home made bread and marmalade. Of course you can have eggs, yogurt, pepperoni and ham. If it's on our way we stay here.

We stayed in Belladonna wagon - fantastic experience. The staff at the reception (shame on us, we were so tired that forgot to ask the name of a beautiful lady) is very friendly, helpful and nice. The whole facility is very well maintained, with respect and love to the history and details. I wish we could have stayed longer but even one day/evening at the lake, watching the sunset reflected in the water, enjoying the peace, sounds of nature, a cup of coffee is a gift!

Opened in 2015, Das Franzl - Bett & Brot is 800 metres from the shore of Lake Wolfgang, where guests can use a lake access with a sunbathing lawn. A small alpaca farm is also on site, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Very nice design,great personnel, well thought through facilities - a lot of stuff which can be rented, booked, etc. Nice touch that extra diaper bin was provided to us knowing we’re travelling with a kid. Free big parking is also a plus.
