Set in beautiful landscaped grounds with a pool, spa pool, waterfall and garden, Mossman Resort Holiday Villas offers free-standing villas with kitchenette facilities, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. It is a lovely roomy property. We had everything we needed in a great location. The staff was exceptionally helpful.

Set on over 140 acres of native forest and boasting a private beach, Thala Beach Nature Reserve is an Eco-friendly wildlife retreat. This secluded sanctuary is nestled on a coastal headland and offers magnificent views of the sparkling Coral Sea. Wow! I read some negative views and shortened my stay based upon they. I regret that. This was such a beautiful place. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of tropical birds was so relaxing. The staff were over the top with their hospitality. I cannot recommend this place more. Do not read the negative reviews. They are simply inaccurate. One was about walking around at night which we enjoyed as it is so beautiful however the staff is always circling in a cart to drive guests around if they do not want to walk.

Mandalay Luxury Beachfront Apartments is a relaxing, 5-star retreat in Port Douglas, within easy walking distance of the wonderful restaurants in and around the Marina Mirage and Macrossan Street.

All the Mandalay Luxury Beachfront Apartments come with full kitchen and laundry facilities, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and modern audio-visual equipment. The apartment was very nice and comfortable in a good location to walk to the main street or the beach very easily. It was nice to have space to spread out and to cook our own meals.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The place is beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. It offers plenty of services and activities, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Truly a great experience!

Guests can enjoy an outdoor meal in one of 2 BBQ areas, surrounded by lovely gardens. There are several bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes’ walk along Macrossan Street. Anzac Park is also within 5 minutes’ walk away. Its location was fantastic. Apartment well equipped very comfortable beds too!

All air-conditioned rooms have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and free movie channels. Each room has a refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Most also have lovely mountain, pool or garden views. The location was excellent, the room was super clean, free parking

Bay Villas Resort offers spacious studios and apartments just 8 minutes’ walk from Port Douglas town centre. Most apartments overlook the resort-style swimming pool and barbecue facilities.

Each studio and apartment at Bay Villas Resort Port Douglas features air conditioning, cable TV and a private balcony or courtyard. Some include a full kitchen, separate dining area and private laundry. The kitchen has everything to cook; including an electric stove. The room is quite big and confortable. The bbq and pool are awesome! The room and all common area were very clean!

Featuring an outdoor heated pool and BBQ area with outdoor seating and tropical gardens, this hidden gem of a motel is just a 12-minute walk from Four Mile Beach. All studios offer free high speed WiFi and guests can enjoy free undercover parking. Above all, the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help us. We had a bit of a nightmare with our trip due to the floods and arrived at our room just 3.5hrs before we were due to check out! Aidan was so kind and helpful in the morning when we saw him, didn’t rush us to get sorted, and gave us loads of advice for our whole trip. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is good too. Sadly we didn’t get time to use any other facilities but everything looked lovely.
