The rooms features views of the city or the garden of the hotel. Exceptional host. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating. We felt a certain kindness and warmth that made us feel so welcomed. Great location with a good breakfast.

All of the rooms at Albion have a flat-screen TV, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. Each bathroom features a shower or bath and a hairdryer. I feel I stumbled onto a precious gem! We had a last minute detour to Ypres and I booked the Albion because of its proximity to the Menin gate. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of this family run hotel. When I think of our short stay in Ypres I may remember chatting with Daphne at the Albion desk and bar as much as our visit to the Flanders Museum just around the corner! Besides the kindness of the owners, our room was modern but with architectural features that honored the past. The high tech skylight looked up on the steeple of the nearby church. The bar was comfortable with great local beers. And be sure to include breakfast! A spread worthy of the cost. Thank you Daphne and the entire family for your hospitality!

The wellness centre includes a hammam, sauna and Turkish bath. There is also a fitness centre and a selection of relaxing massage treatments is available. Very good Hotel directly in the City. Very comfortable. The Sauna was also good after a long day walking in the City.
