Guests can relax in the on-site indoor pool or take advantage of the business centre. The room was spacious, quiet (for the most part - occasionally one could hear other guests) and clean. The breakfast did not have a really huge choice, but it made them up quite well with their onsite chefs who made excellent omelets. They had an excellently equipped gym, which I made use of occasionally. It was great that it was open at all hours.

Le Mount Stephen is located in Montreal's Golden Square Mile, 450 metres from the Museum of Fine Arts, 550 metres from Bell Center and 900 metres from McGill University. This hotel is housed in a historic mansion dating from 1880, coupled with a sleek contemporary tower of 90 rooms and suites. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and very reasonably priced. Large selection for any appetite. Coffee was nice and strong unlike some hotels!

There was no balcony, but there was one below in the breakfast room that was available. The room was very quiet even though it is adjacent to 2 other rooms. Sunset from the room was spectacular.
