We had a late check-in (at 00:30) and it was not a problem, also, after check-out we could use their bar to spend a couple of hours, they helped us with keeping the luggages and called us a taxi when we needed it.

The most family friendly place we stayed at during our Chile trip - right down to the heated pool - WITH KID TOYS (pool floaties, noodles!). Best continental breakfast. Great WIFI. Able to have an hour long phone call sorting out flight issues. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful. Very helpful to have restaurant on site with accommodating hours.
