Quiet place, a bit aside from the Lipno central attractions- just 4 min ride, looks safety for kids, villa was equipped well, really clean, no wash machine in there, but it is presented as a self service near the reception. Very quiet village in the evening.

The shared kitchen offers all amenities, including an ice maker and a pizza oven. Very friendly reception by staff, property is extremely well kept and seems to be freshly renovated. We should have stayed longer than just one night. Spacious and sunny terrace, very cosy living/dining room with extensive choice of board games. We were here in early summer but I imagine the big fireplace must be cosy as well in cooler evenings, also in view of the well assorted bar. Breakfast excellent even by the high Czech standards.
