Hotel Stadt Kappeln’s rooms are feature high-quality furniture and warm colours. Each has a seating area and safe, and free wired internet is available in most rooms. The staff, room, location and the breakfast were outstanding. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The family-run Hotel-Restaurant Zollhaus has spacious, brightly furnished rooms with cable TV and private bathrooms. Beautiful building which backs onto the the grounds of the castle (over the river). Lovely area to sit outside in the evenings, and the bar was available for us to use. Our room also had a view over the gardens. Wonderful staff who were helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent.
